Yep, completely normal!
Most birds I've been around do it when they hear watery-sounding noises. In our house its usually when they hear the vacuum cleaner.

Something about the noises also tends to put birds in the mood for bathing.^^ I've heard alot of people suggest running the vacuum when you have a bird reluctant to bathe.

I guess it just reminds them of something in their insticts.

Same here, all the birds are screaming when I vacume, either they don't like a clean house or they just want to be louder than the vacume beast I geuss lol.

My lory will talk to the steam cleaner, the macaws LOVE the vacuum as they will bellow while I run it, the keets and the tiels sit and chirrup when I run it but scream when the steam cleaner runs.

We taught Shrek to say "too sexy for my feathers" now he hangs upside down on his play ropes and yells it all day!
