Petfinder Dream Dogs :D

I'm totally speechless at the large number of shelters pictured here. You can see most of what these mixes are, some even come close to purebreds. So much for backyard and irresponsible breeders. Dare I ask how long these dogs are kept before being euthanized or is this a no kill shelter? I hate looking at these pictures, I find it so hard not to be able to bring them all home. My daughter's dream is to turn this place into a home for all the desperate dogs with no time left, I can see why. I don't visit shelters as much as I used to, I find it too hard and depressing to walk away from those pleading eyes. The designer breeds of today will become the rescues of tomorrow, so disgusting and sad.

The dogs i posted from the Petrescue.com.au site are all in foster homes, so they are safe until the right home comes along. The little brindle pup i posted above has approx 3 weeks to find a home before being PTS.
