I also vote for a companion for Lucy! My daughter's cat, Gabe, although he loved being around humans was not particularly friendly to strangers in particular. He now lives with Pet Talk's very own Graemer and Miley (furkids of sasvermont) and he has had a total change of personality (perhaps we can give some credit to that fresh Vermont air!). I think Lucy would really enjoy a friend to play with. My cats are constantly interacting with each other and we adopted Andy 3 years after getting Trevor. Within a couple of weeks they had bonded to the point that you would think they were littermates.

Andy is my TV watcher. If animal planet is on, he is watching it. He also goes around to the back of the TV to try and see if they are in there, after pawing at the front of the screen. Sometimes he will actually sit right in front of the TV on the floor just looking up. It's the cutest thing. I always have the temptation to say to him "Andy you are sitting too close to the TV - don't you know it will ruin your eyes" hehe! (something my parents always said to me.)
