Poor Fritz, missing Papa You look adorable little man.

Barry, I am thankful that you have the camera and can keep taking pictures to share with us. It's good to have something to take your mind off things for a short time. I know it doesn't fix things but it might help. Fritz is such a great comfort to everybody.

I'll keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. My heart breaks for your Dad, you, and the family.

Fritz sleeping on the coffee table while Mom is on the phone,sitting in the front window before i went to bed.he eventually came and slept half the night with me and went to mom in the middle of the night.Had his cereal and toast this morning and now in the window.Fritz curled up in mom's bed this morning and curled up in the chair in the living room face squished up against the arm of the arm of the chair.Mom and Marlene going over after church,Larry and i will probably go while they are at church,probably around 11 and Mom and Marlene will be there between 12 and 12:30.

Fritz gazing out the front window this afternoon,probably waiting for someone to come home.Dad didn't really eat much today,drank a lot of water,probably bored being there and wants to be home.They have to do some assessment to do with his throat,then we will see when he gets out.Had oxygen on today his o oxygen level was slow,seems better tonight.they have said his breathing was good,so who knows about the oxygen.he did wake up enough to give me a hug,seems to want to sleep, probably what they give him to sleep.Wanted to sit up in bed,wanted me to help ,couldn't really do, just raised the back of by pressing a button.he can point to tell you to put a pillow under his feet.he does look awful thin, wristbones are showing more.My Mom and sister had to walk down 9 flights of stairs,fire in a elevator,nobody on it smelled of rubber.Hope we get somewhere tomorrow and he can come back here to the hospital,parking over there in Oshawa is $10 a day,gets expensive.

We can see you're definitely waiting for someone, Fritzie. These days, alot of new things are going on for you aren't they sweetheart? You look so cute.

I know your Dad is probably really bored at the hospital, Barry. I feel for him. Nobody likes being in the hospital. I sure hope he can put on some weight and get closer to your home.

Wow!! $10 a day to park? That's terrible. I can't believe your Mom and Marlene had to walk down so many stairs. {{{{{HUGS}}}}}

My goodness! $10 a day to park! I hope he can come back closer to home! I know how much you want him home now, but if they feel he needs a little more time so that they can properly evaluate him that is for the best. They will be able to let you know exactly what will be involved with his home care. (((hugs))) On a brighter note, I noticed that there is no more snow outside. Things will be warming up soon and there will be more activity for Fritz to keep his eye on outside. (birdies, squirrels, etc. ) Maybe that will help get his mind off the fact that your dad is still away.
