Emma - I would keep looking for Otis for awhile before you get a new dog. If you absolutely can't find him, then maybe you could visit your local shelter. I'm sure there are several dogs there that would interest you. If not, then you could always check out breed specific rescue groups.

I really hope you find Otis though. And Happy Birthday. I know its a hard birthday because your baby is gone but keep looking.
