Believe me, Noba does his fair share of chasing the cats... ... Jax (the cat) was just grumpy today and mad at the world. He kept getting into things and getting the water bottle (eating plants, jumping on the counters)... he was testing the waters, didn't like the results and decided taking it out on the dog was his best option.
