***EDIT*** Who do they use for test dogs anyways? once I thaught about it, if they're dogs/cats that were "too mean" to be adopted out by a shelter, and were going to be killed, I feel better.
Unwanted pets listed free in the classified ads, and because the stupid Pit Bull ban here some of the Pitties that get taken away are sent to be test dogs.
