Fritz under my bed and Taffy on mom's bed.Never got results from yesterday,Doctor never came around.Dad will stay there until Mom can get some help here,maybe later in the week or next week.We will have to take the bed out of the spare bedroom and have a hospital bed put in there.he was pretty good today,slept a bit,ate well,has had oxygen all day,kept taking that off,still has a catheter in from yesterday.he is still on anti-depressents,misses fritz a lot.He be a little too jumpy to take there,he would jump on him,don't want that.Some old family friends come to see him that have known mom and dad for over 55 years.Jason was there with his wife and two kids,Lauren didn't go to Marlene ,she is shy,Ryan the youngest shook Larry's hand.Ryan really didn't know Marlene,since she hadn't seen jason in 3 years.Larry was there,never said a word,at least he was in the same room and Jason hugged his mom again .At least his kids are making an attempt to reconcile,Larry is being stubborn,he talked to the kids ,not Jason though.Fritz is right up on mom's lap,he misses dad.

Ripley would be walking around in the window and barking at that dog and knocking that candle down.

It sounds like your mom is going to need a lot of assistance once your dad comes home. I know she is relieved that she has you to help.

Great pictures of the little man, Barry. Great picture of your Mom too. She does look a little tired and I know she must be. I see Fritz is keeping a good eye on the place while Papa is gone. It looks like the snow is melting too huh?

I'm keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers, Barry. I know you and your Mom will need some help. I hope your Dad can get better and come home so he and Fritz can see each other. I can imagine how bad they miss each other.

Fritz cuddled amongst the bedsheets this morning.He slept with Mom again last night,cuddled with her in the chair this morning,had his cereal and toast with me,went out and he sat with me in the recliner for a few minutes.He is in the window now.Taffy will stay at home today,jason might be coming to trim the tree,she might get out.it also depends on the weather,it is supposed to rain possibly starting around 3-5 this afternon and continue overnight into tommorrow morning,so maybe tomorrow afternoon for the tree.i t will probably be late rthis morning when mom and Marlene will go over to see dad,i am sure he had a good night's sleep.

Barry, I'm so sorry I'm only just now seeing that your dad is in the hospital.
I hope he is in better spirits soon and hope with you and Fritz!

Fritz snoozing in the chair with his Monkey and in between the two pillows,dreaming of Papa coming home soon.They were hopin today he be able to be transfered to our hospital either today or tomorrow.Mom phoned at 12:15 to say he had diarrhea,so maybe tomorrow,at least he will be closer that i can see him.he was sleeping when mom phoned and they had to put on gowns,didn't want them catching some bug.Fritz ate all his supper performatrin with some gravy on it,cleaned off my plate of chili,them a bowl of ice cream.i was just finishing dishes and i turn around in the kitchen and there he is with the Monkey in his mouth,wantinga play.Had a very short play,he got tired,went to the bedroom,got into barking and is now in the window.I think it's too cold for doing the tree and there have been spits of rain,so I will see what happens.They were also waiting on the results of the procedure on Monday before deciding when he could be transfered back here.
