Fritz looking out the front window this afternoon.Saw dad again.Larry and i just got there and he had just come back from having x-rays.His prostate is enlarged and they are doing some procedure at some point tomorrow.They stuck something up his back ends,tomorrow it is the other way.i hope this all they do,Mom says he couldn't stand an operation the way he is.He had a good sleep from 7 last night to 6;30 this morning.Didn't like Corn Flakes for breakfast,but did eat Yogurt and had Ensure an some Apple Juice.He made a joke ,he asked if i had cut the grass,no,I said,too cold for that and snow on the ground.he asked about fritz ,he got upset again,told him where fritz had been sleeping.Lunch washed potatoes and some vegetable,hard to tell what,they looked soft and mushy,the way dad has to eat them.had to wake him up for supper,had potatoes,turnip and roast beef,all fixed up so he could eat it.Mom was ready to leave ton,Marlene wasn't,the nurses got dad fixed up in bed,still after they left,dad needed his feet moved again ,got out of there at 7,.Mom got big macs, she had toast this morning and had a doughnut all dayThe day is too long for her,is worn out and has a headache everytime she gets home,Jason was there for an hour and a half.dad liked that ,he got a hug and Jason hugged his mother too, wish Larry wouldn't be that stubborn and talked to his kids.He said while going in if one of his kids was there ,he wouldn't go in.Shannon hadn't got there yet,Jason was to get in touch and get her to go over.dad had wanted to get our Maple tree trimmed,so maybe one day this week,he will come and me and his brother- in law Brian will help.fritz is now under the little couch in the rec room,don't know where he ll sleep tonight.I just found out this was the first time in 3 years that Marlene and Jason,wish his Dad Larry would give in

Fritz cuddled up in their bed,he slept there again last night and on Mom's lap while she is reading the paper this morning.This procedure gets done sometime between 7 this morning and 3 this afternoon,he hasn't had food since after midnight,so he will be hungry.We are going later, Larry may be taking us,the weather may turn bad,none of us like driving in bad weather.Shannon called Mom this morning,don't know if she is going,she has daycare at her place.I 'll let you all know how it goes,here is hoping it does.
Fritz under the dining room table with a tea towel.He had a sleep on it and would get up to move when he thought we might take it from him.The hospital phoned at 11 this morning asking when Mom was coming,dad was getting upset,wants to come home ,still hadn't done the procdure yet.I stayed behind this time,it was only Mom and Marlene going and Larry is at work,so I am here babysitting Fritz .He is up between the two pillows of their bed sleeping,waiting for someone to come home.Had a few wet flurries flying around here today,a little rain later and in the 50's by later in the week.Let you now what transpires.mom phoned at 25 to 4 and he hadn't had it done yet,was to be 10 am,they got behind,he is uneasy,mom not happy.Hopefully it will be done todayd,he can't have anything to eat until they do it and he hasn't ate in almost a day can't afford to lose anymore weight.Still nothing new.Larry phoned here,Marlene had phoned him,this was 6:30 and said they were taking him down.He just phoned again about 8:00,and apparently still had not taken him down,maybe 9-9:30 now.Mom must be fit to be tied with all these delays.Dad has had nothing to eat all day,he could starve if they don't hurry up with his .Turning out to be another long and trying day.fritz is upstairs,he could be with me,but i think he isn the window,he is missing his papa and so am I.
Fritz on the pillow on the bed.he stayed up there all night,never came down to me,only to go outside.Not in good humour,dad tried getting out of bed today.Dad finally had it done tonight a between 8 and 9.Shannon and her husband came to see him that's good,he never looked at Marlene for some reason,at least he come.They gave dad some pills to calm him down,he can have a good sleep and have a better day tomorrow and can have some food,just had intra venous today,no solid food.We will need help here at home mom can only do so much.Don't when he is coming back here,maybe know tomorrow.
