    Hey, I think the two officers that laughed got reported, and rightly so. Seems they might have cops on the job now that are taking it more seriously.

    I hope they catch the b******!!!!

    Wow, that is something you only see in horror movies. If it were me I would be depressed for life, and stay in my house and move away from there. There is obviously some sick person that knows them that wants to do cruel things to that poor girl. I hope that person is caught! Rest in Peace little doggy.
