That might not be a good idea, if it was involved in someone threatening litigation in the first place. Johanna 20 minutes on the phone was worth it for the chuckles.

The first chuckle being the basis of the suit is wrong, second being the clarification of the terms, and an overview of Virginia Tort law.

Now it wouldn't have been due diligence, as according to all things posted by the ex-mamber EVERYTHING is different in Virginia not to have clafiried would it?
