    We were able to see it after all... Wish I would've thought to grab my camera...
    Definitely a very cool sight to see!

    It has actually been pretty clear here after all. The moon is just over halfway back to being bright again. Very pretty.

    Not very impressive, I'm afraid. It was moving quite fast by the time I got the picture, so you can just see a little chunk out of the moon.

    Cloudy here in Northern Kentucky, couldnt see a thing

  14. West Coast Reporting In!

    A clear night. We climbed the hill in the middle of our development.... watched the sun set over Catalina Island....all blues and pinks and then the moon rise directly opposite .....I don't believe I have ever especially watched the moon rise before!... It was wonderful!....this globe coming up behind some mountain range....just after it crested the range ...it began to disappear.... then reappeared...

    We headed back down...wanting to leave before the coyotes came out....and the sky over Catalina was now a deep red.

    Thanks for reminding me to go and see it!
