Oh wow, that could have been really bad! Hubby sliced his finger on a can lid in our garbage a few months back. He had to have stitches. I am so glad that Cam's wasn't as bad! Poor baby! Shame on grandpa! Nooo, I'm sure he is full of guilt and will be much more careful in the future!
