Not being able to actually see the cat to know what she's acting like, my first impluse is to ask if you normally play with the cat under the covers or let the cat pounce on your feet in play at night? Maybe the cat is just really wanting to play and getting over excited?

Good luck either way getting some sleep, if all else fails, close the door so she can't come in with you.
