When we first got CC, he sucked on our blankets for a little while, but then stopped once he got older. I think it is just for comfort.

My newest kitten Moxie who is about 6 months old now sucks on my hand. She has from the day I found her out in the yard at about 4-5 weeks old. I'm guessing it is because she was taken away from her mom too soon but we had to because the mom cat was a feral cat afraid of humans and we were afraid she would move the kittens and make them feral.
