They kind of scare you in the classes but sleeping on your back isn't as bad as they make it sound. It can reduce bloodflow to your legs but in my experience my body wakes me up when this happens to tell me to roll over. What I found very helpful was tucking a pillow under my right hip so that I was still sleeping comfortably on my back but was at a slight angle to reduce pressure on my blood vessels. I'm at 22 weeks with a due date of July 5th. It's my first so I don't know what's going on. I feel like I'm big for where I'm at so I'm glad to see I'm normal but I'm afraid of what's to come! So is the baby leaning the way you sleep really? I am having trouble not sleeping on my back even though my pregnancy class told me not too
