I am so very sorry. I do know the feeling very well. I lost my heart dog last November. I know you feel guilty about going back to sleep. Please try not to, though. She knows you did everything in the world for her. Look at all the love you've shown her. She lived a long life full of love after she found you. You made it possible for her to not be afraid to be touched. There will always be an empty spot in your heart for her, I know. She's now whole and pain free, waiting until you can reunite.
