Yeah, just my thought too. All my dogs would have died long ago if all those things were harmful. Onions in large quantities maybe, but again, who would feed a bagful of onions. Mine get the fruits like Borzoimom mentioned, I buy all the vegies and fruits on sale and juice enough for mos. I just freeze them in plastic containers.
Wow. Can you say extreme? I've never heard of broccoli or eggs being bad for dogs. If our dogs can't drink water, what are we supposed to give them for liquids?![]()

my pups love brocolli. Coco ate scrambled egg that fell on the floor once and she threw up a hefty amount but for the most part some of it seems a little extreme to me as well...
If you read it carefully, it says very plainly that many of the items are only dangerous in large quantity. It also says, for example with cherries and apricots, it's the pits that are dangerous. So no pits = no danger.
Uncle Mac's border collie, Molly, lived a long and very healthy, energetic life - she was a farm dog, and took her herding duties very seriously. She adored grapes more even than meat - she'd leap 6 feet off the ground to catch a grape. It never did her any har, but she never got more than a few each time.

My dogs get fed raw eggs & shell a couple times a week - they LOVE them and the shell is a great source of calcium.

Wow, there is a lot of foods on there! I feed both my dogs raw eggs, cottage cheese, and yogurt, and they are on a kibble diet. So should I stop feeding them it?
