Cupcake had the same thing, but the day she was going to go in for surgery, I heppened to be handling her mouth to get a bit of string out and I pressed on the "extra" teeth a bit and they both popped out. They weren't rooted in, just sitting there. It was wierd, but I was relieved she didn't have to go under again.
