    Well- I have a friend ( my age almost exactly) that in her wedding- she had her hair swept up on her head, and put a blue streak on two long strands on the each side. She used a temporary coloring- .. Looked rather pretty actually. She said it was going to be the best day of her life- and wanted to do whatever she had not done - but wanted too at her wedding.
    If you are doing it for yourself- something you always wanted to do- I say GO FOR IT.. !
