I don't think he neccessarily got Parvo from the shot, the pup was
probably already exposed to the disease before he came home with you.
Did you get the pup from a breeder or a shelter? Either way, I would also
call the people who gave you the pup to let them know what's going on.

I sure hope the puppy pulls through this bad time.
