Well, it's only my email!
Cruise ships do not cross those long distances without stopping along the way. they usually cruise regionally, and then move to another region. It is not financially feasible to make a run between say, Bahrain and U.S.
The longest leg would be transAtlantic, which would be from the closest point of Europe to the U.S. There are just no shipping lanes through the middle of the ocean.
Plus, animals are not allowed on ships (or every old lady would bring the dog along)
