That is an awesome list of meats and varieties! I wish I had access to all of that! What is chevron?

as for the ostrich and the Emu, I have a friend that raises them in Ga. she brings with her a huge amount of what is usaleable to humans ie hearts lights etc. so I usually ahve a gift from her that will last me a few months.
Where in Georgia? Does she sell ostrich and emu meat?
