Lots of prayers coming your way from NW Ohio, Lut! Hopefully these next two weeks will fly by & they will be aable to continue treatment. Nice to know you have all those qualified kitty-nurses around to make sure you are comfortable!

Dear Lut, I just now discovered these threads and found out about your recent medical troubles. We are all sending prayers and hugs and purrs and good wishes and healing energies and love.

We're very glad you have such an expert nursing staff on hand to give you the tender, loving home care that you need and deserve as you prepare for surgery.

Thank you, Indra, for keeping us updated on and in touch with your mom!

Thanks for the update Indra. I feel so bad for Lut having to be in so much pain. I'm glad that she has 4 furry nurses to keep her company. Please let her know that we're all thinking of her and miss her here on PT. Please take care Lut. (((HUGS)))

    Indra, thank you!

Maybe in the next two weeks, the doctors might find out about some tiny thing that will make a big difference in your mom feeling better! Sometimes delays happen for a reason...

I hope the painkillers are working ok for your mom, and that she can enjoy her furry nurses.

I guess the hospital bed is one that automatically adjusts to help keep your mom comfortable?

    Prayers are all yours!

Oh my, I'm sorry that I am just seeing this.

    Dear Lut;

How I pray that the painkillers will keep your pain to a minimum and that everything will be okay for you.

I hope that your little furry nurses and you looking out at your garden will help take your mind off of things.

Please take care and thank you Indra for keeping us updated on your Mom's situation.

    Gentle hugs to you Lut.

Thank you for updating us Indra - as you can see your Mom is a very popular lady!!

The two week wait will be much nicer for her now she is at home surrounded by her family.

    Hugs to you all

P.S. As Lut had already been discharged when the flowers were delivered at the hospital the florist contacted me to arrange another delivery address - so they will now be going to her at home

Indra, thanks for sending us the update!

Lut, we're all thinking of you, and every moment that goes by gets you closer to the surgery day and hopefully relief froim the pain. And home IS the best place place, don't you think? At least there if someone wakes you at 3 a.m., it's probably just a kitty getting "comfy" - not a nurse there to take another blood pressure test!

    You are in our prayers.

    Update on Lut

Dear Lut, You are very much in my thoughts and prayers! I've included you on our prayer concern list at my church. My wish for you is that the surgery is successful, you'll be back with us on PT very soon, and most of all you'll be pain free when everything is over. The hardest part of having surgery is the waiting, the wait seems like forever and the anxiety sems to increase. I hope you can take comfort in knowing that all of us at PT are on your side and are more than willing to do whatever we can to help you get through this.
    With much love, Eileen

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear that you need an operation. All the PT kitties are sending you purrs, headbumpies, and kitty hugs to help make you feel better. We're standing by to help Maya, Inka, Zazou, and Snoopy should they need us.
Purrs, snuggles, and kitty kisses for you!

ps..mommy is taking lots of pics of her "nurses" everytime they jump on her bed
her hospital bed is an electric one: she can adjust the hight in general, the hight of the head, and the hight of her feet.
I miss you enormously Sydney, Maya, Inka & Zazou Be happy there at the Rainbow Bridge
