Just saw this thread and felt terrible about poor Willow being outside in such awful weather. Willow, now that you've experienced the great outdoors please stay inside with Meowmie where you'll be safe and warm. Groucho and I are so relieved to know that you found your way home!

Leaves stuck to her tail? She must have found a nest of fall leaves under a porch or house somewhere...that would have given her some warmth!
