Gaaaah, I'm of the school of thought that ANY animal that walks in the front door with panleuk or parvo and it not wearing tags or microchips should go out the back door immediately. ESPECIALLY in an area that takes in a lot of animals.

What a shame, this was totally preventable, in several ways.
