kimlovescats, Our land lady was so upset she started crying It wasn't just our issue that set her off, but shes too kind of a lady & a nother tennet is sueing her, so our mess was just too much for the poor thing. She has loved us since day one, esp Chad (hes very charming), adopting dogs also put us into a special place in her heart as she just loves dogs & cannot wait to meat bear hehe She was also very pleased on how quickly we responded to the complaints against us & how we said we'll fix whatever we're doing wrong, but we still don't understand what we are doing wrong.

The problem with the SUV is that its being sold at 5999.00 & now the work that has to be done to it, not only is going to take a long time to fix, but more money.. so there'll be very little profit on it & thats really bad right now... we need every penny we can get... Reason the 3 of us donate our time there to help.
Chad is the Financial Manager.
I'm the Computer gal.
& Andrew does part runs.
Bill does kinda pay Chad, but its random & small.. but every penny we get helps us too.

I hope they can prove who made that call and she has to pay all those damages.. If it is that neighbor, SHE is the one who should be moving out!

We can find out who called it in, cause you HAVE to leave your info in order for the police to even show up for a call (unless its a 911 issue).

We agree with the landlady, that that lady needs to stay there, cause shes been there 30+yrs & have never missed rent. We are also the first people shes really gone after, so its us they don't like. We know why but its the 21st centery & they need to get over it!

But the other place is so worth the move!
