Thank you everyone, so much, for all of the sweet replies. My heart is full and overflowing right now, and I'm not sure that I can express what's really going on. I will write a new post tonight with a few pictures

and then a more complete birth story sometime this weekend, hopefully.

Right now, we are still at the hospital with some minor complications and will hopefully find out in the morning whether we can go home Friday or have to wait until Saturday. Internet connection is dialup on Mark's laptop, so don't expect much from me until the weekend -- but it's nice to finally be able to at least check out PetTalk and my email (etc.) briefly.

Again, thank you for all the sweet comments. We are *SO* in love with baby Lydia Mae!!!!

Awww! There she is! Cannot wait to tell my neighbor she has a newborn namesake in New Hampshire!

Beautiful little girl, and proud looking parents! Thanks for sharing! Give her a kiss for me, okay? And tell her what a smart baby she was, deciding to be born BEFORE the big storm hit!
