What do you call your bubbly beverage?

I think it´s like Kleenex.........with zillion brands out there, you refer to them as if the actual name was a certain brand.......at least in my case LOL

I thought about it and came to that conclusion. I have always been aware of that whole thing, too...like calling all tissue "Kleenex" or all cotton swabs "Q-Tips", etc. I have always tried not to do that, I'm a Virgo, I sometimes can't help it.

Soda.

My husband, like most of the people in their teens and twenties that I know, refers to all caffeinated sodas as 'caffeine'. Pepsi, Coke, Mt. Dew, Dr. Pepper... it's all 'caffeine'. Anything without is called soda. I don't have that habit, but maybe it is because I avoid caffeine. Dunno.
