I know it is so hard but it is a truest act of love you can show her. Give her a kiss for me and tell her we will miss her here on PT too.

    I'm very sorry to hear Bonnie will be leaving you all tonight but it sounds as if you've made the right decision for everyone.

    Would your vet make a house call? Some do.

    That might be easier for all concerned, especially Bonnie.

    No, the vet that we use doesn't make house calls. I think she would enjoy one last trip "bye-bye." (Her ears used to perk up when we said those words) Besides, they'll be doing the cremation. I would hate to have to take her little lifeless body to the crematorium.

    And, thank you everyone for your kind words. She's a very special little girl (as all of our doggies are) and she will be badly missed.

    Really sorry for what you're going through. Hardest part to owning our furry pets, sounds like she's almost in a coma, try to get her PYS very soon to end the suffering.
