Getting him neutered would go a long way in helping get him placed. If he is in Oregon it is really difficult for me as I am in Indiana. If I, by some miracle, find someone interested, would she be willing to drive a distance for transport?

He is already neutered.... as per the post

As I told you, we just had him neutered and rabies vac'd. He can have his other shots any time (they didn't want to do them all on the same day). He is still on his ivormectin treatments, but his hair is already growing back in!

i am pretty sure we could set up transport.

In the one picture, he is definitely NOT neutered, but, maybe that's old.
