Can you make one in MSWord? It's pretty easy.

Just do a 10 x 10 cell table in Word: Menu bar: Table/Insert/Table. Put 10 in the rows box and 10 in the columns box. When the table appears, you can just click and drag the boxes to fill the whole page. Or select the table, select table properties and resize the rows - it worked for me making them a little smaller than 1". Feel free to ask questions - I'm a MS Certified Word expert and train attorneys how to do this stuff

It can be done on EXCEL...

You just have to format the boxes...
