I honestly wish he had a better home! He is such a sweet boy, he is about 4 yrs old, and not fixed. he is chained up all day long, and on rare occasions, is allowed indoors at night. He has a normal collar now, but I have had to come to his rescue numerous times as he has been tied up with a choke chain, and gotten it tight around his throat. I feel bad for him, and just yesterday, i noticed that they now have another dog tied up outside, looks like a BC mix.
