    May I suggest widening your search into other states. I have YET not to have to travel to another state for a dog.. Even to pick up Femka at the airport.. lol..

    What about this one, I haven't really had time to read to much into it, and I'm awful at these kinds of things, but at first glance I didn't think they looked too bad.

    Suggest away Haha, I'm not sure if they'd be willing to travel out of state or not but I'm sure they could manage anywhere in Michigan or even Ohio/Indiana. They were willing to travel several hours to get the pup in the pet store!
    Okay- let me look into it. I had a 8 hour trip home one way with Zubin- but considering that I would have him for hopefully 15 years, it was worth the drive - And worth knowing what you are getting..

    I certainly understand...but I'm not the one getting the dog so I really can't find a breeder outside of the state and expect them to go that route. I think they'd then be more likely to just go to the pet store where they already found what they wanted.
