There weren't just "healthy dog show dogs" at the dog show - there were pet dogs as well.

Awwwuh, Buck! =( Get better soon buddy.

Being that Buck is not a young puppy, and he's so healthy & not a flat-faced breed, I'm sure he will get over it as quickly and easily as a kid gets over a cold. Especially since his Mom is doing all the right stuff for him :]. Dog shows are definitely easy places for it to travel, especially with people bringing puppies, and in close quarters if it was an indoor show.

Thanks everyone. I just called places all over town and nobody has this chinese herbal medicine that was reccomended to me We did order a homeopathic remedy and payed $28 in shipping so that it would come overnight.

He's sooo not happy being locked up in the X-pen. He just cries when the dogs are playing and when we come to talk to him. Ughhh

Can you give him a little turkey? You know, get him a little sleepy and he won't feel so left out, too tired to care?

    Best wishes, Buck!

My RB Buddy came down with kennel cough once after I took him to
a groomer that I hadn't used before. It took a few days before it showed
up, but it was awful hearing that gagging cough. My Vet gave him a shot
of antibiotics & pills to take for a few days. The Vet said it would clear up
on it's own probably, but treatment might help it clear up quicker.
