It is hard at first for dogs to feel secure after being in a pound. Our "rescue" had some issues with separation anxiety upon joining our family too. We hope Mouchka is over coming her SA.
It's wonderful that Mouchka has a feline companion......you captured them well snuggling together....that is fantastic!!
