Luna certainly knows how to beat the winter blues. She is adorable. I love the picture of her where she is winking.

It's very cute indeed! And I love how she always has her paw on the monitor.

Can you imagine working on your computer when you have this lovable girl right in front of you?

I can't imagine being able to focus on any work at all. I'm sure I would be asking for reciprocal head-bumps with a cat so soft and appealing right beside me. She is revelling in that heat, just toasting and turning herself.

Vita does that too, often, and Chestnut sometimes. They do it to warm up. Vita is ALWAYS cold. She sits up close to the lamp, UNDER the lamp shade, and just turns first one ear, then the other. I have felt her ears when she is not under the lamp shade and they are VERY cold to the touch! Vita also sleeps under the blankets as much as she can. Poor kitty is always cold.

    Awww, poor Vita!!

I think Luna and Lily may be cold, too, at least in the winter. Luna is also greedy for spots of sunlight on the floor, while Lily crawls under the blanket with me...

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
