Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Pretty healthy. I'm really trying to lose weight, so I have no junk food or sweets. I record my calories everyday and try and make sure I'm getting enough of everything. BUT I really lack in the veggie department.

I feel like a pig, because I'm constantly eating. lol... I eat probably 5 small meals a day, and lots of water! Last week I lost two pounds.

I try to eat healthy. I get a lot of veggies. More than the recommended minimum. My protein is usually chicken or fish, no beef or pork. I'm lacking in the dairy area though and really need to step that up. I try not to eat many processed foods. That is very hard to do as even raw foods on the supermarket shelf are usually swimming in chemicals. My only downfall is the daily intake of mountain dew. Chocolate is actually more healthy than bad, its the crap they add to the candy bars you might want to look out for. If anything, grab a plain hershey's bar and chow down.

I'm going with Pretty Healthy. I've recently made DRASTIC changes in my eating habbits and still sneak a bite or two of fattie or sugary foods. mainly potato wedges from work or a cheeseburger.

Probably poor. I eat a good amount of veggies and chicken and fish and stuff, but then I eat a lot of junk food. I'm eating Oreos as we speak! When my metabolism slows down, then I will probably start eating healthy so I don't gain weight and stuff. But yeah, mine is poor- kinda healthy.
