I'm going with Pretty Healthy. I've recently made DRASTIC changes in my eating habbits and still sneak a bite or two of fattie or sugary foods. mainly potato wedges from work or a cheeseburger.
Very Healthy - w/ emphasis on whole grains, veggies, fruits, etc. and low/no bad fats, etc.
Pretty Healthy - w/ emphasis on whole grains, veggies, fruits, etc. but some bad fats, etc.
Moderately Healthy - equal amounts of "good" and "bad" foods
Poor - emphasis is on fattier meats, refined sugars/grains, "junk food", etc.
