I´m more of the unstress kind of person, but when I do I take it calmly

I like doing puzzles or drawing or something to keep me busy (as weird as it sounds, I tend to do house chores in an angry mood to keep my mind off of things :P)

there is this one other thing very very GOOOD......a punching bag......I love punching when overly mad/stressed and it feeels sooooo goooood!!!
