I don't have a DIL! Its my sister in law. Her husband is an absolute, first class JERK. The first time I met him, RB Sammy barked at him, he kicked her and said he'd toss her out in the street to become "road pizza". Personally I think Sammy had great taste

I hope she has a good family law attorney to help her through the divorce. Depending on what state she's in, I know in California monies "earned" during the marriage are considered community property and are divided equally in the divorce proceeding, or as per agreement, but that's for the attorneys and courts to determine.
