    Eyepeeker

Fritz in between Mom and Dad on the couch, one eye peeking out from the blanket. He is keeping good company with Dad today.Dad has been pretty good, though he does have a little trouble swallowing food.He doesn't use the walker right, pushes it too far in front of him, can't tell him or he gets mad at you.Fritz saw me out shovelling off the patio and he wanted out.he as out tehre fora few minutes wandering around and then i felt it was time for him to go in,he thought i was playing and he would race around the patio,me trying to catch him.He did eventually go in,hope it helps him to sleep.Fritz might yet sneak in a play with his squeakies.

What a player you are Fritz!! You probably got all excited over the snow didn't you? We can imagine how refreshing that must be for you. It's so warm here, we're hoping for some cooler weather soon. By the way.....you sure look as cute as can be.

It sounds like your Dad may be getting a little better Barry. I sure hope so. That walker is difficult to figure out. When I had my knee surgery, I could never figure it out either

    Various Resting Positions

Fritz using Dad's leg as a headrest,on Mom's leg and right nrext to Mommy.he behaved tonight.Mo m had to get him down here with a treat,he watched mom go when she came to pick me up from the hockey game where the Eagles won 2-1 over the Trenton Sting.by the time we got back,he had gone to bed with Dad.There might be anywhere from 2 -8 inches into tomorrow, depends on who you listen too.

    Keeping Warm

Found Fritz like this under the covers this morning. Most likely how he slept all night, don't know how he could breathe,he seems to like it.Just after 11 last night,Fritz is sitting in the doorway of my bedroom,I tell him to come ,he didn't went to get him and run off towards the livingroom.I wasnt getting up to chase him,he did go back to bed however. We didn't get the big amount of snow thney were forecasting,it is freezing rain, has since early this morning and maybe till 11 a.m. to noon. After that ,then there may be an inch or so of snow, who knows, they were wrong about the big amount.Dad is fine,I wish he would use his walker right, can't tell him or he gets mad.He is hard to understand sometimes.Words are not coming out clearly and he gets digusted when Mom or I can't understand him the first time.He has a bone marrow test on Thursday, see waht happens with that and I think it is today maybe that Auntie Irene starts chemotherapy.

Fritz!! You look so cozy there. Daisy and Delilah are always under the covers sleeping. I guess they're burrowers by nature. I always wonder how they can breathe. However, Fritz looks like he has a huge pile of covers on top of him We don't ever need that many blankets here. You know how to get warm don't you cutie?

Barry, maybe if you and your Mom can get a medical person to show your Dad how to use his walker properly, he might listen and not get upset. There is a technique to it. Sometimes we listen to outsiders before we listen to our closest family members and we have less of a tendancy to get angry with someone we don't know real well. Just a thought

Flipped Over,Out and with Pal,On Footstool

[IMG] Fritz flipped over and on his side in between mom and dad,Fritz with his head on his Monkey,Fritz on the footstool, got on there and layed down.Apologize for the quality of these these three, kind of got a double image on them We are going to end up getting Dad a Wheelchair,be easier to get around.I may have jumped the gun on the pills, don't think he has started to take them, may have from one of the doctors he has seen to start taking them.his legs have been bothering him more today, may be the cooler weather we are having now.

    Dad's Boy,Simply Glowing

Fritz curled up again with Dad,I have his squeakies sitting on the stool.the light in the window is the candle.I guess it happens when the flash goes off and causes this light effect. The other one is Fritz watching out the window. The Orange glow comes from the candle next to Fritz.i will get this right yet about Dad's pills. The Riluzole pills are still to be ordered and dad will have at least a month's supply, maybe more cost about $650,we wil pay $100 a month.Taffy had to go the Vets today, she got bit with something ,maybe a Spider, side of her face swelled up,she knew something was wrong, she cowered.Larry took her to the vet,got some pils for it which are $100. getting a litle snow now,not even an inch, but we didi get a lot of ice buildup.

I can't believe how you sit on that foot stool so pretty, Fritzie!! You're a camera ham, buddy!! I sure hope Taffy is okay. I've talked to two people today that had been bitten by spiders.
Those pills for your Dad sound expensive Barry. I hope they will really help him. A wheelchair sounds like a good idea. I hope and pray for the best for him every day.
That is the most unusual light in the pictures. Very unique.

    Blankey Boy,Monkey Chinrest

Fritz laying on the blanket with dad and using his Monkey as a chinrest.Mom had to Fritz, him still on the blanket to the other end of the couch,so dad could lay down.Fritz had his brief play with the Monkey, then rested with it under his chin.Taffy is fine the swelling in her face went down, think it was a spider that did it.Mom is going to talk to Auntie Bev later to find out how the chemotherapy went yesterday.Fritz had his breakfast from everybody so he is satisfied in that respect, now I think he is with Dad on the couch keeping him company.

    Snoozing and Sunning

Fritz sunning in the kitchen,on mom's lap and next to her,all tired out from having a play with his Monkey squeaky. He likes to go out in the cold,in no hurry to come in.He is now on mom' s lap in a living room chair.has had a bit of hot Dog from me,had some crackers from mom, didn't like it at first, then ate it. Dad is fine,go tugly at me once ,didn't hear what he was saying as it is quite hard to understand him at times.

    Flip Dog

Fritz flipped over on his back next to dad.Looks like his ears have done a disappearing act .Fritz keeps wanting to go out in the cold, reason or not.He then starts barking as soon as he is out.I go for a treat,go to the door to get him to come,he won't come,so I have to get my shoes on and out in the cold to bring him in.He is now either in the window or with Dad on the couch.
