Sadie and The Beagle down the street

Here is teh beagle down teh street. He is always in his pen or on a leash never taken for walks and never taken in the house, The beagle was gone once and I asked what happned to him, they said he was at the vets. I was like, o I thought you took him in the house, but I guess not. Poor guy only gets to run on a chain. They also have the trash can they put the poop in in his cage with him so they don't haev to walk far . Poor little guy. I nameds him Jack as I don't knwo his real name.
