    I'm sure Linus has had a good life - and long, so I hope he'll go peacefully with no fuss. The trip to the vet may be more than he can cope with.

    Special prayers going up for Linus. 16 years is a wonderful old age; he is lucky to have enjoyed so much love and happiness. I can only wish he slips peacefully away and rests well at the RB.

    Hugs to everyone involved and to Linus, too.

    Some vets do house calls, which is easier on the cat. It is more expensive, but might be a thought.
