Yep. The ears and face do look like a JR/PT, but his weight is something larger.

He might even be a purebred Boston Terrier from a pet store or BYB, although the tiny bit of tan on the muzzle suggests some JRT blood.

I see lots of Border collie in him, clearly not full, but I would almost definatly say there is at least some. mixed with bosten terrier or maybe beagle, though he is the size of a BC so im not so sure about the smaller breeds mixed in...

I see a lot of Jack Russell with maybe pug or small Borde Collie. I'm not too great at defining mixed breeds.
