Hmm, the thing with something like this is that it is most likely fear based aggresion. She's been through a big change the last couple of days and that's bound to freak even the most confident dog out and a soft dog even more so. She's fine with you because she most likely associates you with good things like treats and belly rubs.

Perhaps you could try to get your parents to slowly gain her trust by taking turns feeding her or playing with her so that she sees them as positives not scary things. She probably hasn't had much interaction with people in the past little while (just going by what you were saying) and doesn't quite know if these things that walk on two legs can be trusted or not.

Also if she hasn't been in a house in a little while that could have also contributed to the problem, she was in a strange place with strange people and it just got to much for her to handle. So you might want to slowly introduce her to the house first in one room and get her comfortable there and as she gains more confidence slowly grant her access to more rooms in the house...either that or I might suggest umbilical cording her to you that way she could still get used to the house but she would be with you who she feels that she is safe with.

Other then that the only other thing that I can think of are calming signals and tellingtons touch but those are used more to calm dogs down and reduce the stress level.
