The quality of the pics is great, lol, what are you apologizing for!! He is a gorgeous kitty! Look at those clear green eyes! wow! And your neighbor's cat... poor guy! I have neighbors around here that don't treat their cats very well either. My neighbor across the street has a purebred, smushy face persian boy who he kicks out of the house all the time. I see that kitty in the street one more time, he's being taken!
