Pray for Rusty please, he had a bump on his leg that looked like a tick (it was raised and such) and we tried getting it off and it keep bleeding and bleeding. Hes wrapped up with a ace bandage right now.

I would not compress it with a ace bandage- if its draining it needs to drain. Wrap it in gauze and watch how much it is bleeding and look for pus. You can put a little neosporan but really- the leg should be checked. I bet its a hair tag if its on the leg. What happens is that they get a rub like a scrap on the leg or paw- this folds over as the skin grows under it. We would slough the dead skin but we take showers daily etc- they do not.. Hottie has two on his leg- and they look like a tick too.. Attaching a photo.

Yea, my mom went out to the store to get gauze because she couldn't find any. His leg stopped bleeding mainly but just in case, my parents didn't want it on the carpet.
