Those photos are wonderful....looking at them as an "objective" third party it is obvious Tripod is the boss!!
Look at Jenny's face...that is a dog in submission. No nervousness for Tripod!
They look very well matched to me!

We often have Amber here, my mom's dachshund. Doxies have been used in hunting and they have a prey drive.
Ok, our Amber is much too spoiled for that but still....
If she comes here she knows absolutely she's in the cats' territory and moves rather cautiously. She often asks the cats to play by play-jumping in front of them and wagging the tail but they don't agree
So most of the time it is peaceful ignoring each other.
But when one of the cats gets into these crazy five minutes Amber runs after them and starts to bark. Which sacres the heck out of the cats and they do what they can do much better than a doxie: jump at higher levels.
I don't think she could ever catch a cat in a moment like that- they are just too fast- but I will never leave them alone together.
So I wouldn't feel too relaxed with beautiful Jenny when Tripod would start to run- but in these pics they are so cute to look at together![]()
She didn't chase him when he did run. That really surprised me. I guess she's scared of kitty-claws. (even though he's de-clawedOriginally Posted by Barbara
