When I was living in Sunnyvale, CA I voted for one city council candidate because I had seen him making balloon animals at a neighborhood picnic. (It suggested that he had the hot air befitting a politician AND that he knew the proper use for it!) I say any man who loves tabbies can't be all bad.

That was a major step for fostering in Canada! Let's hope his example inspired many, many others to do the same. My hat would be off to that man if I wore one!
